Thirst Trap ;)

700 gallons to produce one cotton shirt and 2 000 gallons of water to produce a pair of jeans (earth.org)

In the year 2022, there is still a heated (haha) debate on the legitimacy of Climate Change. No matter what side of the fence you're on, ‘natural cycle’ or ‘environmental impacts’ it does not matter. When you use such a large amount of one resource others are struggling to find, communities are collapsing without, that is absolutely essential to survive- and pollute such a substantial amount for an outfit, you're the problem. There are countless Southwestern American brands that still locally produce denim for jeans, yet those small businesses are the first to be brought up when we discuss ‘ waste’. They’re the first brands to be brushed aside because the product is too expensive, when there are torn cotton shirts on the market for over $2,000 sitting in the same closets of those who can actually make an impact..
